Holder of a bachelor’s degree in science (specializing in physiology and mathematics), Genia pursued her master’s degree in pharmacotechnology and biopharmacy in Paris, within a prestigious program in the field of galenics. She then began her career as a galenic pharmacist in the research and development of solid and liquid oral formulations. She obtained PMP certification in 2010 and completed her MBA at the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) in 2014. With more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Genia has been employed by JAMP Pharma since 2014. She began as Director, Product Development, but has held different roles in recent years, including Senior Director, Third Party Operations; and Associate Vice-President, Business Development, OTC/NPN Product Development and Commercial Operations. Starting in May 2022, she held the role of Associate Vice-President, Market Access and Commercial Operations, and was later promoted to Vice-President, Market Access and Commercial Operations.
