On the strength of her bachelor’s degree in social sciences and her certificate in human resources management, Emmanuelle is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and has accumulated more than two decades of experience in HR. Her work has also included many years in the digital media field, where she rose through the ranks in different levels of HR management.
Emmanuelle joined the JAMP Pharma Group in October 2018 as Director, Human Resources, and was promoted to Vice-President, Human Resources in March 2021. A member of the Executive Committee, she is responsible for designing, guiding and overseeing strategic and operational management of workforce planning, corporate culture, talent acquisition, talent development, compensation, benefits, labour relations, employee engagement, and diversity. She guides the various HR initiatives so they support the company’s growth strategy. Working in a context of rapid organizational change, she bases her vision of human resources on a constant desire for our corporate culture to evolve. The goal is always to provide our employees with a rewarding workplace that values them as the heart of the company.
